A quality content considered as a good source of a backlink/outbound links. A good content helps to create a good backlink itself. So in my preference, a good content is first priority than later.

Canonicalization is the process to choose url from several choices which refers to home page. For example, consider following urls 1) http://www.example.com 2) example.com/ 3) http://www.example.com/index.html 4) example.com/home.asp. These All are the same urls but crawler consider this differently. the “canonical tag ” is used to tell crawler that specific url is original copy of website. Add given markup to the original url. <link rel=”canonical” href=”original url”>. Also you can add above markup to the duplicate urls.

Linking is the important part of Search Engine Optimization, either your linked to another site or your being linked by another site. Links in your blog or content, by default are dofollow. If its tagged with rel = nofollow, then it is nofollow link. The difference between them is explained below: If site with high DA or PA is linked with you, google increase your authority for dofollow links. But if it has used nofollow tag then google wont increase your authority.

Its a very common problem. Reason is at times google analytics is NOT able to track the traffic coming from Facebook’s third party audience (like Facebook apps). It then put that traffic into ‘Direct’ or ‘referral’ traffic.
Common way to solve this issue is to always use UTM parameters.

Facebook do not have any program like adsence yet. But if you are able to create a larger community on page or group, you can use affiliate promotions to increase the sales.

I don’t like the organic efforts for increasing page like. As if you compare it in terms of man hours of efforts, you are surely going to be in loss.
But since you are asking there are a few ways as below:
    A. identify relevant facebook groups. Join them and share your page content there.
    B. You can do a keyword searches to identify relevant users. You can also follow seletive #Tag feeds. DM them or engage in conversation, it might fetch you more likes.
    C. Other way is to organize a contest/campaign and using like gating approach. Ask users to like your page to participate and stand a chance to win

There are 2 ways. One you should use some web based telephony service providers like Twilio. Or you can use another commonly used method of Google Analytics Events. You can setup Click event on Phone numbers. Give “tel’ tag to number to do so.

There are many ways to optimize the conversion rate. Although you would need to analyze the current response first. You should see some signals which gives a hint towards the problems. For example if your CTR is very low, probably the communication is poor.
You can try variations with different visual appeal and communication statements. Similarly its strongly recommended that you plan your audience segment very well and create different campaigns for every segment. Similarly for every segment, plan different visuals and communication.
You should also try variation of landing page and see the responses.

Facebook offers targeting based on annual income but only in certain countries. They have tied up with some syndicate agencies that share such third party data.
Gmail Sponsored Promotions (GSP) also offers this functionality.
