    Google Search Console is Previously called Google Webmaster. It is Interface between your website and google search engine. It is used for handling xml sitemap, robots.txt. It is also used to check your website for any errors, broken pages, site indexing, etc. It also help to identify technical issues related to your site.

    Cloaking is the technique in which content or information shown to user is different from that shown to crawlers for better indexing. Cloaking is implemented to improve ranking by misleading crawlers. But this never a right approach, crawler will immediately remove or blacklist the site. such practice breaks the principles of search engine which result into ban of the site.

    The character limit of meta Title is around 65-70 including spaces. You can go upto 70 but do not exceed 70 character limit. Similarly character limit of meta description is between 150-160 including spaces. You cannot exceed the limits of both meta Title and description.

    1)Inbound Link or backlink is the link pointing to your website from other website.
    2) outbound link or external link is the link pointing to other website from your site.
