Impressum is a german word and it means mentioning the legally important information about your business. To make it simple, its a mix of your ‘about us’ page and ‘terms’ page 🙂
If you want to update Impressum section, you can probably put basic details like company full name, website link, contactable phone numbers and email ID, location, details of Directors etc.
Or you can consult with a legal team of yours.

#Tags work equally good in LinkedIn. The fundamental purpose of #Tags is to create a stream of feed with desired keywords. So that when someone wants to curate content, he/she can do it with ease. For example if you want to know about the different perspectives/news/ideas about Social Media, you can search with #SocialMedia.

Why NOT. Facebook advertising is the most recommended way of advertising to startups. Reason being, you get a lot of flexibility in deciding your budgets. You can start with as low as $50 to try the response.
Another important take is Organic responses takes more time and comparing it with Man Hours of efforts the advertising is always cost effective. For example 8-10 Hrs of organic efforts to increase reach of your product/brand to audience via groups, one to one messages etc Vs $80-100 spends (considering bare minimum hourly rate of $10/hr). You will see a better response on spends.

I am not sure about it. All I know is this is an inventory which advertisers need to buy in advance.

Google it. There are plenty of sites available. Although I will NOT recommend to do so, as it does not add any value.

Primarily both are same. Campaign is top most hierarchy followed by adgroups/adsets. Facebook call it adsets whereas google calls it adgroup.
Facebook allows you to target at adgroup level, whereas adwords only allows you to set budgets/targeting at campaign level.

Its simple buddy. Just plan good content which is worth sharing for users 😀
You can also go with a paid advertising route to get initiat traction untill word of mouth starts working for you. Other approach would be share your content via infulencers. Bring a few influencers on board.

There are 2 routes to generate traffic for your website:
Organic Route via Social Media: Participate in multiple groups on Facebook, Linkedin, G+ and share your content.
Organic Route via SEO: Optimize your website for desired keywords and plan your content around the same. It will give you a good traction to precisely defined keywords.

I don’t think its dying. Hangouts are still being used by brands. Hangouts cannot be done without G+ profile. G+ community is little different that Facebook. Google Plus content gets better SEO signals and hence helps in ranking the content.
