Nofollow links attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow link. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with no-follow attributes, it does not pass on link juice.
Dofollow links allow google (all search engines) to follow them and reach our website. Giving us link juice and a backlink.

The Link Wheel is a complex link building strategy designed to help you improve your search engine optimization, to rank your website better in the search engines and to get more targeted traffic. To build a link wheel you need to create a circular pattern of links which flow from one website to another and then finally they all link to your website. This circular pattern increases the link juice which all the linking sites provide to your main website and this is why the link wheel is more powerful than any other link building method. Link wheels can be built using basic patterns of advanced structures containing social media and high PR websites, complex linking patterns and even tiered link building for more efficiency.

Long tail keywords are more specific to the search and these keywords target more targetted and unique traffic. These keywords are less competitive and can be easily ranked.

According to Google, Optimal title length is 60 character.

Google typically displays the first 50–60 characters of a title tag. If you keep your titles under 60 characters, our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to display properly.

When writing meta descriptions, we tend to keep it between 150-160 characters because Google usually truncates snippets that are longer than 160 characters. Besides, Google used to display only 2 lines of meta descriptions on their search results page.

According to MOZ: Meta descriptions can be any length, but Google generally truncates snippets ~300 characters (this limit increased in December 2017). It’s best to keep meta descriptions long enough that they’re sufficiently descriptive, so we recommend descriptions between 50–300 characters. Keep in mind that the “optimal” length will vary depending on the situation, and your primary goal should be to provide value and drive clicks.

And you cannot exceed the limits.

Link baiting is the practice of crafting content that is designed to get other content producers to link to it. The purpose is increasing the number of inbound links to your content and thus improving its performance in search engine results.
