      How much does it cost to create a Twitter Trend?

      Ask some agency :).
      I have interacted a few agencies and you will expect a below answer.
      The cost or efforts for twitter trend will depend on the topic, location, duration etc. So, if you are looking to Trend a topic in a one city cost will be say X and if you want to trend it nationally cost might go 20X.

      I read that the normal cost is around 250,000$
      Is it true? And how to contact them?
