Which one is good for my email marketing? Constant Contact or ActiveCampaign?

Hi. I am using Constant Contact for my marketing purpose. But Constant Contact has only simple automation. They are not even providing visual automation. I need better visual automation with open and click triggers within the same Campaign. It is not possible in Constant Contact. Here is a review of Constant Contact Vs ActiveCampaign claiming that ActiveCampaign’s Automation is better than Constant Contacts’. Is that true? Can I migrate to ActiveCampaign? What is your opinion about that post?
