    I’m trying to refine my approach to outbound sales, particularly through SaaS cold calling. Lately, response rates have been lower than expected, and I’m looking for strategies that actually work.

    Does anyone have success stories using personalized scripts, timing tricks, or CRM tools that helped increase engagement?

    How do you research prospects without spending too much time, and how do you structure calls to maximize interest?

    Any advice on what works in 2025 specifically for SaaS sales would be incredibly helpful.

    What worked for me was calling right after sending a short email with a clear subject—got way more people picking up. Also, mentioning time-sensitive stuff helped. I doubled my callbacks during November by casually dropping black friday deals into the conversation. Made it feel less cold and more like they were getting in on a good opportunity instead of just another sales pitch.
