Sharing Daily 50+ Posts in Social Media Groups with website links Useful?

    I have HRhelpboard.com which is an online HR knowledge portal. Nowadays I am sharing posts on social media platforms. I create a post and share it in groups and profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.

    I have two questions.
    1. Is it not spamming to share posts on all social media groups?
    2. I am not getting traffic through those posts what should I Do?

    Please help me to find out the answers to these answers?
