    What is the difference between the advertising structure of Google and Facebook ads campaign?

    Primarily both are same. Campaign is top most hierarchy followed by adgroups/adsets. Facebook call it adsets whereas google calls it adgroup.
    Facebook allows you to target at adgroup level, whereas adwords only allows you to set budgets/targeting at campaign level.
