Job Profile
As a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you’ll be responsible for leading social media marketing campaigns and daily operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the go-to social media expert, always up-to-date with best practices, features, strategies, and analytics.
- Planning, executing, and measuring digital media campaigns across platforms with
hands-on expertise. - Engaging and managing social media accounts on a daily basis, building a strong
connection with the online community. - Acting as an advocate for clients on social media, engaging in conversations, and
responding to queries. - Providing exceptional mentorship to your team members, promoting high engagement and low attrition.
- Staying on top of the latest trends in social media tools, applications, and strategies to ensure we’re always cutting-edge.
- Working cross-departmentally to align social media timelines with product releases,
ad campaigns, or other brand initiatives. - Driving continuous operational improvements in the team’s productivity and quality.
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital or social media project management.
- Deep understanding of major and emerging social media platforms, including their
rules, best practices, and policies for advertisers. - Strong creative acumen to work closely with the creative team on campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and present new social media innovations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing projects, reviewing monthly reports, and improving
workflows. - A degree in mass communication, advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive, self-directed, and team-oriented with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in both leadership and support roles within
teams.
