Job Profile

As a Content Writer, your responsibilities will include:

 Content Creation Social Media Management:

  • Write and edit content for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter,
    LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., with a focus on engaging our audience and driving
    brand awareness.
  • Create and manage content marketing campaigns to attract customers and
    generate leads, producing various content types such as blogs, social media
    posts, emails, and white papers.

 Content Strategy & Innovation:

  •  Collaborate with different departments to brainstorm and develop new ideas
    and strategies for content creation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and use insights to suggest content improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the quality and performance of the campaigns.

Client Understanding & Research:

  • Conduct research on client needs and their customer segments to tailor content
    accordingly.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms while
    meeting the needs of diverse client bases.

 Brand Voice, Campaign Ideas:

  •  Develop creative content ideas that align with brand guidelines and voice.
  • Create content that varies in tone and style based on the industry, target
    audience, and platform, ensuring high-quality output across digital channels.

 Consistency & Quality Control:

    • Assure consistency in the use of fonts, tones, and messaging across all content
      forms.
    • Ensure all content is of the highest quality, meeting grammatical, spelling, and stylistic standards..

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer, preferably with experience
    managing social media campaigns and brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in brand marketing today.
  • Proficiency in writing across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email marketing.
  •  Excellent command of the English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation) and strong
    content research skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative and propose creative solutions to improve content quality
    and campaign performance

    Understanding of SEO is a plus, as well as familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  • A research-driven mind set with a knack for coming up with innovative content ideas.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
