Admin for multiple pages

I work as a social media manager and I am admin/editor a quite a few pages for my clients but Facebook has closed one of my accounts down with no chance to appeal I opened a new one and have added about 10-15 pages that I am managing but this morning had a warning pop up when I logged in again, I am afraid that the same thing will happen again, why do they have the option t become admin/editor for pages if they don’t like it?

I am wondering how I can get around this, is there another way to manage these accounts as I do not wish to lose my clients.
