Job Profile
As a Content Writer, your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation Social Media Management:
- Write and edit content for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., with a focus on engaging our audience and driving
brand awareness. - Create and manage content marketing campaigns to attract customers and
generate leads, producing various content types such as blogs, social media
posts, emails, and white papers.
Content Strategy & Innovation:
- Collaborate with different departments to brainstorm and develop new ideas
and strategies for content creation. - Stay updated on industry trends and use insights to suggest content improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the quality and performance of the campaigns.
Client Understanding & Research:
- Conduct research on client needs and their customer segments to tailor content
accordingly. - Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms while
meeting the needs of diverse client bases.
Brand Voice, Campaign Ideas:
- Develop creative content ideas that align with brand guidelines and voice.
- Create content that varies in tone and style based on the industry, target
audience, and platform, ensuring high-quality output across digital channels.
Consistency & Quality Control:

- Assure consistency in the use of fonts, tones, and messaging across all content
forms. - Ensure all content is of the highest quality, meeting grammatical, spelling, and stylistic standards..

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Content Writer, preferably with experience
managing social media campaigns and brands. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in brand marketing today.
- Proficiency in writing across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email marketing.
- Excellent command of the English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation) and strong
content research skills. - Ability to take the initiative and propose creative solutions to improve content quality
and campaign performance - .
Understanding of SEO is a plus, as well as familiarity with digital marketing strategies. - A research-driven mind set with a knack for coming up with innovative content ideas.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
