Hi everyone! I recently saw the Amanis abaya collection and it caught my attention. I always thought that abayas were a strict and slightly outdated wardrobe choice that was only suitable for certain occasions, such as special events or religious ceremonies. But then I saw this collection and thought: can you really wear such things in everyday life? I would love to try on an abaya, but I don’t know how to wear it correctly so that it doesn’t look too dressy or “pretentious”. Maybe someone has already tried wearing abayas in everyday life and can suggest what to combine them with?

In fact, the prayer dress by Amanis is a perfect example of how a traditional garment can be adapted for everyday style. For example, I bought one of these dresses a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by how versatile it is. First of all, it is worth noting that they are made of lightweight, breathable fabrics that are perfect not only for prayer, but also for everyday use, especially if you choose a model with a more minimalist design. I think it all depends on how you combine such dresses. For example, I wear mine with a light cardigan or even a denim jacket for a more relaxed, but still stylish look. If the dress is made in neutral shades such as black, beige or gray, then it can be easily combined with various accessories, for example, with bright scarves or bags that will add a little zest. This creates a harmonious combination without overloading the image. Another important point is the shape and length. I noticed that some of the Amanis pieces are looser, making them ideal for everyday comfort and convenience. But if the dress is too long or voluminous, you should be careful with the proportions so as not to look like you are drowning in fabric. I would not recommend wearing such pieces with massive jewelry or too bright shoes, so as not to upset the balance. It is better to choose something discreet and elegant.

I also think that such dresses, especially from Amanis, can be adapted to different styles. The main thing is the right combination with accessories and shoes. It seems to me that for everyday looks it is better to choose lighter and simpler models, but for special occasions you can choose more decorated options.
