    You need to visit webmaster to check how many sites are linked to your website and then find the websites which are spammy.

    And then create a disavow file which includes the links you want to remove or you think affects negatively on your website.

    HTML and XML both site maps are formed for same purpose but HTML site map is created for users while XML is basically for crawlers to crawl.

    Cloaking is seo technique used to hide information from Google crawlers. As it shows different content to user and have different content for search engines, so that they are unable to crawl it. It is a black hat seo technique to increase ranking which can result to blocking you website if crawlers are known of it.

    301 and 302 both are HTTP codes which have a single line minor difference as both are use to redirect URL. 301 is used when URL is redirected permanently while 302 is used when URL is redirected on temporary basis.
